In recent years, the international financial crisis, the financing of SMEs(small and medium enterprises) encountered unprecedented difficulties. Mmany enterprises are facing bankruptcy, changing the line so on the crisis. At present, the financing of SMEs become a hot issue. The risk of financial firms, in order to maximize risk reduction, have beening obvious Squeeze ofhe financing of SMEs, which urgently needed funds to increase the financing difficulties of SMEs. Therefore, the study the financing of SMEs has be important practical significance.In recent years, rapid development of domestic SMEs are, on the sustained and stable development of China's economy, to an important role . Although the state-owned enterprises still dominated, but statistics show that SMEs account for 99.6% of the total number of products accounting for 58% of GDP, employment accounting for 70% of employment. Therefore, the central position of SMEs should not be ignored, the financing of SMEs has be strategic importance。In this thesis, SMEs as the research object, the a mergers and acquisitions financing model for the SMEs is becoming that how to solve the financing problem. the mergers and acquisitions is different from a simple bank loans. Through selling stock to integrate resources, entering the funds ,and inputing advanced management and technology , is the enterprise made. the mergers and acquisitions is the weak financial becoming strength of SMEs through the capital operation to solve the difficult problem, and an effective mode of bigger and stronger of SMEs.In this paper, the cases of SMEs financing mergers and acquisitions successful experience to provide for related to SMEs to some useful information.
