Chongqing City Venture Capital Investment Model Of Development Research

Venture capital is a kind of integration activity of high-tech and modern finance, which is viewed as the catalyst for high-tech industrialization and the engine of economic growth. Venture capital is the booster of promoting scientific and technological innovations and the important indicator of measuring the scientific and technological competition of a country or regional. In relation to the developed foreign countries and domestic areas of venture capital, the venture capital of Chongqing Municipality has a slow development. How to learn from the good model of domestic and foreign venture capital development and then according to the actual situation of Chongqing to find a new suitable venture capital model of Chongqing is the core of this article.This paper firstly analyzes the venture capital's concept and theory and operation mechanism, and then analyzes the status of venture capital model in the domestic and foreign economic developed regions and in Chongqing. At last, this paper summed up five common types of venture capital model in the domestic and foreign regions, from this reference and combined with the actual situation of Chongqing it suggests the new model of Chongqing venture capital. The main contents of this article are as follows:1. This article defines the concept of venture capital and detailed studies the theory and operational mechanism of venture capital.2. This paper analyzes the development model status of the domestic and foreign venture capital.3. This paper introduces the venture capital's development process and features, development model's status and many questions.4. This paper constructs the new development model of venture capital in Chongqing, and then gives some suggestion to run the new model, which contains government, venture capital's company and other three aspects.The conclusions of this thesis mainly include the following aspects:1. Venture capital development model is a system activity, which involves all aspects of venture capital operation mechanism. There are different styles of venture capital development model in the economic developed area of foreign and domestic.2. The five regional common development model of venture capital are: government policy support led development model, financial system support led development model, talent intelligence support led development model, business park gathering led development model and intermediary service system support led development model.3. The new development model of venture capital in this paper is based on the government's nurture and guide, based on the development of venture capital and based on the investment campus of special and innovative industries. Its effective movement emphasizes three functions of government, venture capital organization and special industry campus.The innovations of this paper are:1. This paper for the first time takes the development model of venture capital in Chongqing as the object of study, and systematically carries it out in detail and points out some problems in its operation process.2. This paper also constructs a new development model of venture capital in Chongqing. From the three aspects of government, venture capital organization and special industry campus it puts forward the corresponding proposal to this pattern movement.
