Factors of risk through venture-investment acticvities are concluded and distinguished from common investment activities after analysis and draw on from previous papers. And then some methods to recognize the factors or risks are recommended such as flow chart method and environment analysis method. After this section,this paper introduces undetermined evaluation model to measure the risks. Meanwhile RIT is introduced to evaluate the profits of the company. Having made comments on the theory of venture factor measurement, I've analyzed two cases with the methods mentioned above and made the optimum choice. Study for control of investment ventrure is another important part in the paper since it is as significant as research for venture measurement. In the paper, a system of controlling investment venture is brought forward and is expected to be revised and improved continuously in future operation.
