It is an important subject for every manufacturing enterprise how to survive and develop as well as maintain the capability of reform and innovation to catch up the chance from continuously changed market as the developing till today.CF was a manufacture enterprise for aero-engine which was designed according to planned economy module. CF temporized the development global trend of aero-industry and attended to the subcontract business of aero-product, became major supplier for the component of aero-engine and gas turbine.This paper intruduce the background of aero space foreigh business in first, fetch out the cooperation of CF and majoy client GE, analyse the long term customer value of major client and value management which is the springboard of this research, then clarifies the theoretic basis and relevant main concept of customer relationship management and major client management and how to implement major client management. Under the theoretic analyses, this paper brings forward the method of major client relationship management in light of actual CF, describes the hard process to idenfy and maintain the relationship with GE, identifies major client by marketing analyses and target customer analyses, maintains major client relationship by improving customer satisfy and loyalty, implementing sensibility marketing, providing individuation and differentiation service, achieves customer and enterprise win-win; analyses the existent problem in major client relationship management and avoids customer lost.This paper summarizes the whole text in conclusion portion, point out the meaning and limitation of study, at same time, express the expectation to further deepen the major client relationship management of CF and achieves a strategic partnership.To sum up, this paper study the identification and maintenance of major client relationship of CF, demonstrates that the enterprise can improve the technology and management as well as competition through met the requirement of major client so that realize the steady development of enterprise, has a certain theoretic and practice value.
