Since the 90s of last century, regional economic integration to become official and issues of common concern in economic circles. Integration is the trend of globalization in Asia, Europe, Africa, America and Oceania internal and cross-continental countries and regions have successively established free trade zone, customs union and common market for various types of areas economic integration organizations.East Asia and the world economic map in the important role that China and Japan's economic development and economic relations on the entire East Asian region and the world economic development has an important influence. China's rapid economic development in rapidly expanding economies of scale, market demand increased significantly. The Japanese economy experienced a downturn after 10 years out of the woods. China and Japan as two economic powers in East Asia not only geographically close neighbors, language and culture are similar, there are strong economic complementarity, on the East Asian regional economy, regional politics and regional security has tremendous influence. Therefore, the establishment of Sino-Japanese free trade zone is of great economic and strategic significance.Good economic fundamentals in China and Japan, trade dependence, economic cooperation and political role in promoting all levels to establish the feasibility of the Sino-Japanese free trade area laid the foundation. Paper, we focus on possible Sino-Japanese Free Trade Area Analysis and analysis of barriers measures, focused on three issues: First, detail and analysis of the basic definition of free trade and free trade around the world trend. The second one is the establishment of China-Japan Free Trade Area of the economic background, the foundation of Sino-Japanese Free Trade Area and the effectiveness of prediction, to explore its feasibility. Third, the establishment of China-Japan Free Trade Area of Obstacles and Countermeasures program.
