With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the accelerated development of globalization, the Corporation Society Responsibility (CSR) has received much attention from public, and related research results have emerged one after another. Staffs who benefits from their corporation have a significant impact on the existence and development of the corporation, therefore, the CSR on labor relation is an important part of CSR. The thesis attempts to construct the criteria system of CSR on labor relation which conforms to China's national conditions with the method of surveys and interviews on the basis of the research on the CSR on labor relation, and the evaluating model is constructed with the method of relation extend of gray system theory. Finally China Banking is evaluated. Hope to improve the present situation of China's CRS on labor relation through the evaluation and to promote the corporation undertake the social responsibility.The thesis is divided into six chapters. Chapter 1 clarifies the research significance as well as the research ideas and methods, and briefly reviewed the relevant literature, such as CSR, labor relation and so on. The literature provides a theoretical basis on constructing the criteria system of CSR on labor relation. Chapter 2 mainly introduces the basic theory of criteria system based on gray relation extend including the theory of Gray System, analysis of gray relation extend and the principles and main steps of using gray relation extend to evaluate. Chapter 3 constructs the criteria system, including the principle of choosing the criteria system, the construction of criteria system and the content of the criteria system. Chapter 4 is about the criteria system model of gray relation extend CSR on labor relation, and it elaborates on the whole process of evaluating the CSR on labor relation with the gray relation extend. In order to illustrate how to apply the model better, Chapter 5 takes twenty commercial banks of China's banking as examples, and evaluates them, eventually, comes to the sort of CSR on labor relation. Chapter 6 draws a conclusion of the thesis.
