Chongqing Financing Of Smes Explore

Since 1980, the role of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) have been more concerned about by many more countries in the world, it was showed that the role of SMEs should not be overlooked. Also it was improved that:a few large enterprises and a large number of SMEs co-exist together is the common feature in most countries. SMEs are a major force in the national economy, even in the economic development of the entire world, which has been paid attention by governments, economists, entrepreneurs and other people. Moreover, with the personalized and differentiated consuming, coupled with the development and application of high technology, economies of scale is no longer the only means of achieving cost-effective, multi-variety, small batch, the production mode of order will be more popular. And the impact of development of SMEs in the national economy will be more important. Therefore, how to promote and facilitate the development of SMEs betterly has become an urgent problem.Since reform and opening up to the world, the rapid development of small and medium enterprises in China's national economy plays irreplaceable role. In the western development strategy, the small and medium enterprises are an important factor in Chongqing's economy development, about creating employment opportunities, increasing revenue, and promoting scientific and technological innovation. However, in the process of SMEs growing, due to the initial small size and operating risk, low management level and credibility, it is difficult to obtain sufficient support, so financing has become the bottleneck of SMEs development. In this paper, we discuss and analyses the financing problem, based on the current situation of SMEs financing.We first outlines the background of this study, including Chongqing's economy development and SMEs development and financing difficulties, while noting the function of the development of SMEs in Chongqing. Then, we try to find the reasons from the SMEs itself, banks, and government and etc. To solve the problem of SMEs financing, we put forward our suggestions, including improving the legal system of SMEs financing, strengthening supporting to the SMEs, establishing and improving the credit evaluation system and credit guarantee system, promoting the SMEs financing development by commercial bank, founding multilevel and various capital market, promoting manager quality and improving financing system of SMEs and etc.Chongqing is the youngest municipality of the Central Government, which is also the West Development faucet city and national balancing urban and rural development reform and integrated pilot area and the only one bonded harbor zone of inland, so studying SMEs financing problem of Chongqing is very good practical significance to remove the binary economic pattern, realizing city and countryside coordinating development.
