UNESCO awarded "the city of gourmet" to Chengdu on February 28, 2010, because of the creative innovation to develop catering. It's helpful to build a communication platform of international cooperation and develop the brand of a city marketing. This's a huge impetus for catering and tourism,but also, an unprecedented opportunities for the food packaging industry.Meanwhile,the enterprise have more new vitality for the development of the west regions and industry planning of chengdu. The packaging industry is facing a challenge—access to market in other regions and the international market.In this paper,the object is located in the urban fringe of Chengdu and the sals is in JINNIU Business Cluster Development.It's a enterprise of 10 years development of one-off tableware. On the one hand, the enterprise have independent brands and more stable marketing channels; other hand, the products are subject to environmental pressure.and the enterprise is in the critical period of upgrading. Full-text is divided into four parts for the development of the JUNJUN:The first part, Recalling the theory and development trend of strategy, clearly analyze the characteristics of the strategic management of enterprise, seeking theoretical foundation for the strategy.The second part, Analysis of the management and development of outstanding issues in general, trying to find out the source of the problems.The third part,Through the JUNJUN analysis of the external environment of enterprises, we can find the political, legal, economic, social and technological impact factors; market analysis, industry analysis and competitive analysis on the business carried out a detailed analysis of the external environment.I use SWOT analysis to determine the company's main development strategy is to meet the individual needs of customers as the core of the differentiation strategy, And proposed human resources strategy, brand development strategies, resources and integration strategies specific development strategies. Trying to find out a similar strategy framework.The four part, According to the goal of the strategy,I gave some suggests,such as culture,structure,internal control system,human resources and marketing channels. At. culture respect, different composition lead to different cultural phenomena.By key events strategy can be connected to culture; At. structure respect,I find the model of diffirent management by the three ring theory. At. human resources respect, all take technical training, the same time, business owners and family members focused on management training for that everyone knows management. At brand development aspect, Process are reengineering, and play production for new market space.At marketing channels,Independent logistics reduce costs and is helpful to improve customer relations by information technology.At growth respect, various forms of alliances lead to synergy.There are many similar enterprise in big Chengdu Region, through theoretical study and the field research,data analysis of the JUNJUN tableware, It is Valuable for the practical development strategies reference of many medium and small size private enterprise in the West Regions.
