In China’s private enterprises, family owned enterprises occupy an important position, for the development of private enterprises play a guiding role. Family owned private enterprises have a positive effect on the improvement of social employment rate, the satisfaction of social demand and the development of regional economy. But, in general, the life cycle of such enterprises is relatively short. At present, how to realize the sustainable development is the key problem in the operation of the private enterprise. Among them, the core factor that promotes the life cycle of the family business enterprise is the human resource management. Therefore, the family enterprise human resources management issues in a comprehensive analysis and thinking, and then put forward a targeted approach to improve, to a certain extent, contribute to the sustained and healthy development of the realization. So this paper chooses to discuss the issue of human resource management of family business in our country, in order to provide reference for the relevant theory and practice.In this paper, literature research method, theoretical analysis, case analysis, survey and other methods are analyzed, from the following aspects:the first chapter, introduction. This paper describes the background and significance of the study; introduces the research content, research methods and innovation. The second chapter, the research reviewed in this paper. This paper expounds the domestic and foreign research present situation.The third chapter, the related theory. Firstly, the concept and theory of family business are analyzed, the concept of family business is analyzed, and the concept of family business is presented in this paper. Second, using the theory of life cycle to analyze the family business. Re analysis of the relevant theories of human resources; introduces the incentive theory, contingency theory, human capital theory. The fourth chapter, the X family enterprise human resources management present situation. This paper introduces the basic situation of X family business, analyzes the organizational structure of X family business, and analyzes the current situation of X family enterprise. The fifth chapter, the X family enterprise human resources management question research. First of all, the analysis of the human resources management efficiency problems; secondly, the analysis of the human resources management system problems; again, the analysis of the human resources development environment problems. The sixth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to improve the human resource management of X family enterprise.
