Comprehensive Production Capacity Of Agricultural Land Based On The Accounting Capacity

For the food security and the effective supply of major agricultural products, and in order to continuously enhance the comprehensive agricultural productivity, we need a scientific evaluation of the comprehensive productivity of farmlands in different regions and the overall farmland in China, as well as a comprehensive survey of the quality and quantity of farmland so as to meet the requirement of farmland protection statistically and qualitatively. In this study, the use intensity and potential of farmland will be analyzed and evaluated and the security situation of the agricultural land will be studied, so that our country can macro control the comprehensive productivity of all the agriculture land and its area distribution and change laws. Thereby, this study is to provide scientific basis for the Ministry of Land to make policies about management; to provide technical support for the management of quality and quantity of agricultural land, for the use planning of agricultural land, for the adjustment of agricultural land, for the protection and detection of agricultural land and for the balance system between the Cultivated Land and the Requisition-compensation. This study is to provide theoretical support for the coordination of the relationship between food security, industrialization, urbanization and ecological balance, the relationship between quality, quantity and environment, and to ensure the sustainable use of agricultural land in order to achieve the goal of land protection and to achieve socio-economic sustainable development eventually.Based on the analysis of comprehensive agricultural productivity, the three levels of results of theoretical productivity, probable productivity and actual productivity, and illustrated by the case of Chengdu Wenjiang this study is to analyze the actual situation of comprehensive agricultural productivity of farmland in WenJiang.
