Accounting The Comprehensive Productivity Based On The Results Of The Agricultural Land Gradation And Its

The gradation, classification and evaluation technique for the agricultural land in the course of "The Tenth Five--Year Plan" in China classifies the quality gradation for the farm land scientifically, and measures the indexes for the three grades:natural quality grade, utilization grade, and comprehension grade. Analyzing the achievements of the gradation and classification for the agricultural land, we have learned that it doesn’t classify all the absolute values, for example, it couldn’t provide a precision evaluation standard for the cultivated land requisition-compensation balance or do anything to stop using secondary or inferior land to compensate the good part which has been utilized. Actually, it only establishes different steps for our agricultural land in every area. Therefore, the work of accounting the comprehensive productivity based on the results of the agricultural land gradation is very significant because it can supply how to evaluate the productivity in all the steps and keep the productivity state with scientific guide, and offers a solid theoretical basis for formulating the related policies in China.The accounting comprehensive productivity for the agricultural land is based on wide investigation, makes good use of the achievements of the agricultural land gradation, and purses precision, therefore, it is the depth and extension of the gradation, classification and evaluation technique for the agricultural land. Based on the states of agricultural land utilization in Fuqing city, combining productivity accounting technique system, and applying the Sampling Method, Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis Method, Delphi Method and3S Technique, this thesis calculates the theoretical productivity, realizable productivity and practical productivity of the agricultural land in Fuqing municipality and indicates its strength and potentiality; analyzes the distribution and potentiality of the agricultural land in Fuqing city; discusses how to apply the achievements of productivity accounting to the cultivated land requisition-compensation balance, the land consolidation, the reform of the land expropriation system, the overall plan for the use of land etc, in order to make the results of productivity capacity accounting more practical.
