Recently ,as the public companies' continued viability is drawing concern ,the pay system of senior executives ,which is the companies' core human resources ,get into the spotlight of various parties. In this paper, the relevant theory and research scholars, based on theoretical research and empirical analysis using the combination method, a number of factors selected for further empirical analysis.This article take the Annual Report data that from Sichuan and Chongqing in 2008 data as samples , take the firm size,company performance,equity sector (state-controlled or not) three factors as independent variables,take executive pay as the dependent variable, and constructed a model to regression analysis. The results showed that: company performance, company size affect the executives of listed companies in Sichuan and Chongqing pay factors, and ownership structure (whether state-controlled) have no significant impact, this paper presents an explanation. Then I want to analyze the status of the executive's compensation in this economic region , analyze and summarize that three variable factors'Influence that attribute to the executive's compensation. Analysis of the Sichuan-Chongqing economic zone on the CEO pay status of different reasons.Business development manager for the reasonable compensation and the establishment of a more perfect system of governance mechanism to provide some valuable reference.
