Tian Huo Professor Treatment Of Gubi (osteoarthrosis) Experience Summary

Objective:we collected the cases present in Prof.Tian-Conghuo's clinic, and summarized his experience in acupuncture and medical therapy in bone bi-disease, in order to supply in clinical study.Methods:through collecting, observation and summarizing the cases treated by Prof.Tian-Conghuo, and selecting the cases with enrolling and exclusing criterions, we summarized the experience and idea in treatment of bone bi-disease.The article contains two parts, the former part reviews the current status in acupuncture therapy in bone bi-disease, compared with control groups, acupuncture therapy has shown her advantage, the latter part summaries the idea of treatment aiming at its root causes andtonification with the priori and postnatal, the manure of three needles on joints,back-shu point,spine points,four points on circum-umbilicus and other specialty prickling methods, supplemented with duhuo jisheng decoction and bloodletting method, as well as experience features in degenerative osteoarthropathy therapies.
