The main purpose of this paper is selected the cases from the clinics who suffered from cervical spondylopathy when I was learning from Dr.Tian. From analyzing these cases which are suitable for the research, we can find some useful and precious experiences to sum up, those can be valuable for us to emulate.The ways of this research are as follows:From collecting and observing the cases which came from the real time collection in the clinics and the internet data bank, by making a rule that can help us to delete the unmatched cases and conclude the suitable ones, we analysed the treatment effects from the result. And tried to sum up the experiences of how Dr.Tian cured the cervical spondylopathy.This paper is divided into two parts:one is collected and classified many treatments of acupuncture about how to cure cervical spondylopathy in recent years in our country, and wrote the following conclusion. By means of this work, we can find so many different ways of curing the disease. For example, someone made the matched group to research the healing effect, and found that the acupuncture group is better cured. At the same time, we discovered that there should be much more informations form clinics including the patients'subjective symptoms, the patients'signs, some efficiency examines etc.,which can be extracted from the disease for researchers to survey. We should better set up some uniform Treatment protocols and appraisal systems, and try to avoid the interferential factors, so that we can confirm our results have comparability. The other part is trying to sum up the experiences of Dr.Tian about the ways he uses, including the ideas of different syndrome-classifications must use the different therapies, so that he uses the different acupoints to cure the cervical spondylopathy. Also the research include the skill experiences of Dr.Tian and his particular uses of the herbs. Such as, one of the most important ideas of his curing cervical spondylopathy is to reinforce the kidney to strengthen the bone.
