ObjectiveLarge amounts of literature shows that acupuncture treatment in the rehabilitation of physical dysfunction had a significant effect, acupuncture analgesia has been proved in experiments state that acupuncture can mobilize the body nerve,circulation,endocrine system to achieve a relatively balanced Local steady-state to improve patient symptoms and improve muscle fatigue resistance.In this study, through observing acupuncture point Xia Bai, on both sides of volunteers biceps sEMG and changes in muscle fatigue, using spss statistical software for data processing on the frequency domain MF (medium frequency), MPF (mean power Frequency);the state of the body's muscle function and accurate evaluation indexes, as well as exploring the use of SEMG or muscle fatigue analysis on evaluation state, to further clarify the role of acupuncture in the clinical treatment of a reliable scientific basis to reveal the mechanism of acupuncture.Method20 healthy male student volunteers, all of them were healthy, there was no intense physical activity or muscle injury 2 weeks before the experiment. By the demonstration, they understand the purpose and operating essentials experiment and signed informed consent. Volunteers stand up rightly, both sides arm in the upright position, completed arm lifting movement within the standard time. This experiment collects the sEMG data of bilateral biceps before and after the rest (resting group).2 weeks later they were asked to take the acupuncture experimental lifting exercise. This experiment collects the sEMG data of bilateral biceps before and after the acupuncture (acupuncture group). Using the Megawin analysis system software to calculate and analysis the sEMG frequency MF, MPF.ResultMuscle fatigue on the subjects of acupuncture was better than the resting group (P<0.05) indicate that the sEMG MF, MPF were significantly different; acupuncture can improve exercise-induced fatigue.Conclusion1 During muscle fatigue, MF and MPF showed a decreasing index changes.2 Acupuncture group, MF and MPF values are significantly higher than the resting group, confirmed that acupuncture have effect on healing muscle fatigue. 3 SEMG frequency domain MF and MPF reflect that muscle function in the role of state and acupuncture has a significant correlation in between.
