ObjectivesThrough the analysis of the relevant characteristics of surface electromyography signal(sEMG) in order to assess the motor function of elbow and wrist hand in stroke patients objectively.Observe the influence that low-frequency pulse therapy with different options in the reconstruction of wrist after stroke and optimize the treatment.MethodsChoose the standard 48 patients who suffered from cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Control group were given conventional rehabilitation therapy. In the background of traditional rehabilitation, treatment group, according to three factors two-level orthogonal experimental, were given four kinds of low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy with different options for treatment.Collection of upper extremity elbow,wrist-related activities take the initiative at the time of the corresponding muscles, muscles coordination, antagonistic muscles' EMG,deriving from maximum electromyogram(MAX), integrated electromyogram(IEMG),and other characteristics. With the use of Fugl-Meyer assessment,Barthel ADL Index,to evaluate the motor function of upper limb.Results1.Cerebrovascular disease patients with active contralateral muscles, synergistic muscles, antagonistic muscle MAX and IEMG higher than ipsilateral, contralateral than the ipsilateral than synergistic stability. Active treatment before the affected muscle, muscle coordination, muscle antagonistic IEMG was significantly lower than MAX and contralateral to compare the two were significantly different(P<0.01). 2.The use of low-frequency electric therapy treatment group and control group, the characteristics of the sEMG value MAX,IEMG, synergistic ratio,as well as the Fugl-Meyer motor score,ADL score and the efficiency of comparison, there was a significant difference(P<0.05). That low-frequency electric therapy on cerebrovascular disease of the wrist after the reconstruction of hand function have better results.3.By treatment group 4 patients compared with their efficacy for the treatment of group D> group C> group B> group A.4.By orthogonal design can be drawn of the effect of different parameters is not the same as,the impact of smallest order are:to stimulate the way> treatment time> to stimulate the parts.5.The use of low-frequency electric therapy on two occasions, each 30 minutes, alternating flexion and extension of treatment to stimulate the motor point is the best program in this experiment.Conclusions1.sEMG can evaluate limbs' function more accurately and objectively after stroke.;2.the muscle strength of flexor and extensor of upper limp reduced after hemiplegia of stroke patients.3.low-frequency percutaneous electrical therapy can be effective in improving post-cerebrovascular disease affected wrist motor function, cerebrovascular disease of motor function after the positive effects of reconstruction.4.flexion and extension than the simple turn of stimulation can stimulate the extensor after cerebrovascular function of the affected wrist reconstruction better recovery.
