| Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of sentiment intervention with flavored Txyf treat sore stomach irritable bowel syndrome of the spleen deficiency.Method:60 cases irritable bowel syndrome, spleen deficiency stomach patients were randomly divided into sentiment intervention with flavored Txyf group (the following is called Comprehensive treatment group) 20 patients,flavored Txyf treatment group (the following is called treatment group) 20 patients, placebo treatment group (the following is called controls) 20 cases. Three groups of treatment by 4 weeks, after the treatment observed the clinical enteron symptom curative effect and the efficacy of the spiritual psychology group.Result:1. Comprehensive treatment group of 20 cases, clinical efficient 100%; 20 cases in treatment group, clinical efficient 75%; A placebo group of clinical efficient 40%, three groups of clinical curative effect comparison, by statistical processing, has significant difference (P< 0.01), Tip:three groups all can improve irritable bowel syndrome disease curative effect, and in improving comprehensive treatment group more than the disease curative effect treatment group and placebo group.2.Three groups of patients after the treatment of TCM symptoms than before treatment are total score was significant difference (P< 0.01), Tip: three groups all can improve syndromes, and in improving TCM symptoms of sentiment group total score on obviously superior treatment group and placebo groups (P<0.01)3. Comprehensive treatment group in improving defecate diarrhea, abdominal pain, depression or irritable and appetite and belch symptoms superior treatment group and placebo.4. Comprehensive treatment treatment group D-IBS can obviously increase the clinical curative effect, effectively improve the clinical symptoms and no side effects, etc.Conclusion:sentiment intervention with flavored Txyf therapy for irritable bowel syndrome stomach spleen deficiency significantly curative effect, is an effective treatment methods, is worthy to be popularized. |
