Guanzhong as one of the commonly used traditional Chinese medicine usually used for treatments of intestinal worms, bleeding and fever caused by influenza, has been used clinically to treat hepatitis b, pneumonia, intestinal parasite and hemorrhage et al. Guanzhong from complex plant source, Qinling used Cyrtomium to prevention of plague. In this paper, we investigate the resources of Cyrtomium fortunei, Cyrtomium tsinglingense and Cyrtomium lonchitoides, used microwave-assisted extraction in order to master its underground part and the corresponding ground parts of flavonoids and polyphenols. Study on its anti-bacterial, anti-oxidant activity, aimed at revealing its morphogenesis and regeneration regularity, thus provided reliable scientific basis of the further development and utilization of this kind of chinese herbal medicine. The main conclusions as follows:The optimum extraction condition for flavonoids in Cyrtomium was investigated by orthogonal design. With the 80% ethanol, the ratio of raw materials to solution of 1:30, extracted 8min under the microwave power of 800W from Cyrtomium. The result displayed that flavonoids distributed in all part of the Cyrtomium. The results also show that the flavonoids of Cyrtomium tsinglingense aboveground parts is superior to other two species, from shaanxi zhashui can be achieved 13.6 mg/mL. Three different places of Cyrtomium the flavonoids content of plants for:Taibai mountain< Shaanxi ningshan< Shaanxi ZhaShui
