Tongluo Fang Of Yiqijiedu The Treatment Of Cirrhosis And Portal Hypertension Clinical Study

Portal Hypertension is a clinic syndrome by the increase of portal hypertension pressure, which is caused by many reasons. The main reason is cirrhosis due to various reasons. Clinical manifestations of splenomegaly, portosystemic collateral circulation (esophagus, stomach, rectum and other parts of varicose veins) and ascites, often associated with a hypersplenism, such as gastrointestinal bleeding and spontaneous bacterial peritonitis. Therefore, to discover a new method to prevent and treat portal hypertension is very important, which has a very important social and economic significance.Yi Qi Jie Du Tong Luo Fang is an experience prescription of my tutor whose name is Guang fu Xu. Many yeas clinical observation shows that the methods and ideas fit the pathogenesis of chronic liver disease. It can resist hepatic fibrosis remarkably and reversal of the role of hepatic sinusoidal capillarization more reliable. In order to investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Yi Qi Jie Du Tong Luo Fang on Portal Hypertension caused by cirrhosis, this subject use Yi Qi Jie Du Tong Luo Fang treatment 30 patients of portal hypertension with varices of esophagus.,and the control group(30 patients) were treated with Fu fang Bie jiaRuan gan Tablet and Propranolol. The results indicate that the effective rates were 86.67% and 70.0%respectively, there was a significantly difference in effective rate betweenthetherapy group and control group (P<0.01).In addition, the efficacy of improving the symptoms, signs and liver function and reducing portal vein pressures were significantly.In conclusion, Yi Qi Jie Du Tong Luo Fang can obviously alleviate the symptoms, signs and reduce portal vein pressure, and it has not toxic side effects.And the economic burden of patients significantly reduced compared to modern medicine. The effect can change the prognosis, completely free from the threat of cirrhosis.So the method of Yi Qi Jie Du Tong Luo has merit to further study and observation.
