Animal experiment:"Guang Tong Xiao" Aerosol foam and "Guang Tong Xiao" Aerosol foam liquid are used outside anus of fresh large intestine of swine directly. We observe the spreading range of the pharmaceutical froth in the rectum and the colon and estimate the area of influence. Statistic analyses are made Compared with common dosage forms.2. Forward-looking stochastic comparison clinical trial method:90 patients who have received surgery of mixed hemorrhoids are observed.
