150 Cases Of Patients With Essential Hypertension With The Four Diagnostic Information With The Syndrome Factors

Purpose:To study the common TCM symptoms, tongue demonstration and pulse condition of hypertension hospitalized patients, in order to make clear the main hypertension syndrome factor, guiding treatment.Material and method:Collect 150 patients with hypertension as the first-listed diagnosis, who were admitted into Liaoning University of TCM Hospital between 2009 and 2010. Statistics the symptoms, tongue demonstration and pulse condition, analysis the data which percentage was over 10% by Factor analysis to extract the common factor. According to the Clinic terminology of TCM diagnosis and treatment—Syndromes, the common factors were defined.Results:16 common factors were extracted by Factor analysis, sputum, wind, heat, blood stasis, virtual(Qi deficiency and blood deficiency, Yin and Yang deficiency).Conclusion:With hypertension syndromes of many factors is phlegm, wind, heat and blood stasis, and virtual (Qi deficiency and blood deficiency, Yin and Yang deficiency), in order to provide evidence for regulating TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of hypertension.
