Study On HIF-1? And VEGF Levels In OSAHS Patients With Hypertension

Objective This study was designed to measure the levels of hypoxic-inducible factor-1??HIF-1??and vascular endothelial growth factor?VEGF?in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome?OSAHS?complicating hypertension at bedtime and early morning.To understand the mechanism of HIF-1?and VEGF in OSAHS with hypertension and participate in the pathogenesis and development of disease.Methods The subjects were selected from patients who were diagnosed at the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University?age?18 years?from November 2016 to November 2017.PSG monitoring and blood pressure monitoring were used to confirm the diagnosis of OSAHS in 30 patients and OSAHS in patients with hypertension in 33 patients.Strict inclusion and exclusion criteria collect case and specimen data.The general clinical data,polysomnography index,and ESS scores were recorded.Elbow venous blood was collected at 22:00 before bedtime and at06:00 o'clock in the early morning.The level of HIF-1?and VEGF in plasma was measured by the enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay.Results?1?There were significant differences in AHI,MSaO₂,MmSaO₂,ODI between OSAHS group and OSAHS with hypertension?p<0.05?.?2?The difference of HIF-1?and VEGF levels in the OSAHS group before and after bedtime was statistically significant?p<0.05?.There was significant difference in the levels of HIF-1?and VEGF between bedtime and early morning in OSAHS with hypertension group?p<0.05?.?3?The levels of HIF-1?and VEGF in the OSAHS plus hypertension group before bedtime and early morning were significantly higher than those in OSAHS group,the difference was statistically significant?p<0.05?.?4?OSAHS combined with hypertension group before bedtime and early morning HIF-1??VEGF levels and AHI?ODI were positively correlated with different degrees,and MmSaO₂was negatively correlated,with MSaO₂ no correlation.There was a significant positive correlation between HIF-1?and VEGF levels in OSAHS patients with hypertension.
