Differential Treatment Of Metastatic Brain Tumor Caused The Headache Symptoms Of Clinical Research

Objective:To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine type of headache caused by brain metastasis and the law of Chinese medicine, observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine treat the headache and accompany symptoms caused by brain metastasis.Materials and methods: According to using decoction or not, 52 brain metastasis cases divided into two groups, the treatment group 32 patients treated on the conventional therapy plus the Chinese medicine, the control group 20 patients treated on the conventional therapy. Analyze the traditional Chinese medicine type of headache caused by brain metastasis and the clinical efficacy, and do frequency analysis of using decoction. Descriptive statistical analysis , using various data SPSS17.0 software on the number of cases and the percentage of statistics and graphs to describe .Results:1.52 cases of patients headache caused by brain metastasis syndrome differentiation for analysis, liver-yang headache type in 13 cases , phlegm-damp headache type in 18 cases , blood stasis headache type in 5 cases ,deficiency of blood headache type in 10 cases , deficiency of kidney headache type in 6 cases .2. The clinical efficacy of two groups patients , the treatment group 32 patients, markedly effective in 10 cases , effective in 13 cases , ineffective in 9 cases , total efficiency 71.9%; the control group 20 patients, markedly effective in 1 case , effective in 10 cases , ineffective in 9 cases , total efficiency 55.0%. P<0.05, comparison between the two groups is statistically significant ,the treatment group is more effective then the control group .3 .Every type in The treatment group ,the best effective type is phlegm-damp headache type, total efficiency 81.9%,and the others, liver-yang headache type total efficiency 75.0 %, blood stasis headache type total efficiency 66.7%,deficiency of blood headache type total efficiency50.0%,deficiency of kidney headache total efficiency 75.0%.4. 32 cases of patients headache caused by brain metastasis, have 30 people use ginseng and other righting ,93.8% of the total population ;have 27 people use pinellia, dried tangerine, arisaema with bile and other apophlegmatisan , 84.4% of the total population ;have 19 people use sculellaria, oldenlandia and other antipyretic and antidote drug, 59.4% of the total population ;have 13 people use gastrodia, uncaria and other relieve dizziness drug, 40.6% of the total population .Conclusion:1. 52 cases of patients headache caused by brain metastasis have more phlegm-damp headache type.2. TCM Syndrome differentiation and treatment can Alleviate the headache and accompany symptoms caused by brain metastasis.3. The treatment of Chinese medicine used for headache caused by brain metastasis drugs are tonic drug, antipyretic and antidote drug and apophlegmatisant.
