Objective: To study the difference of pathological grading (WHO 1971) and cell proliferating activity bebween different parts of oral squamous cell carcinoma, and to discuss its clinical and theretical significance. Method: Each specimens of 15 OSCC cases was devided into 5 parts , including surface ,central, deep invasive parts, tissue adjacent to carcinoma, normal. The surface , central, deep invasive part and biopsy tissue were graded respectively (WHO). To observe whether there were differences of pathological grading between these parts.
