Through investigating their childbearing history, analysinsing sperm, assaing sexual hormones and ex- aznining the second sexual character, we evaluate the effect on gonad by using CIX and chinese medicine meantime The result shows that all of the patients?gonads are normal development . It suggests that chinese medicine of invigorating speen and kidney should exert certain effect as CIX was used meantime. But the conclusion isn?t definite completely for much of objective factor. Through consulting data related, we consider that chinese medicine can decrese the effect of RNS. At the same time, it possibly could avoid or decrease the harm of CIX on gonad from two directions which are clearing free radical and adjusting gonad axis.
