It has the functions: dredging depression of the Qi of the liver, benefiting Qi and activating the blood, softening and dissipating the lump, which mainly applies to cure the hyperplasia of mammary gland.In order to control the quality and ensure the functions, the experimental study has been carried out on quantitative analyses of Indexical Components of Ruheyihao Tablet in this article.By experimental study, we established the quantitative methods of Paeoniflorin and Hesperidin with RHPLC measurement. The average sample梐dding recovery of Paeoniflorin was 99.47% ( RSD 0.89% ), the number of Hesperidin was 98. 04% (RSD : 2.46%) ; we established the quantitative methods of Ginsenoside Rbl and Rgl with TLCS measurement as well. The average sample梐dding recovery of Ginsenoside Rbl was 97. 39% ( RSD 2.38% ), the number of Ginsenoside Rgl was 97.12% (RSD : ~2.25%) . The study showed that the methods were feasible. It can provide an experimental basis for quality control of this preparation.
