| To study the effect of Huoxue huayu tang (HXHYT) on serum rabbits in acute myocardial ischemia rabbits. By employing the rabbits coronary artery ligation to establish the acute myocardial ischemia model with rabbits as subject which can get the content of radio immuoassary endothelin (ET). The results inditify: ET is activity increased significantly in acute myocardial ischemia rabbits. In comparison with control, HXHYT reduced the increased ET (p<0.01) and increased the nitric oxide synthase (NOS) decreased in ischemic myocardium following the dose of HXHYT. The conclusion is HXHYT can reduce ET and increase the NOS in acute experimental myocardial ischemia and improve and perfect the vessel endothelium function of the acute myocardial ischemia of rabbits. |
