It is treated to the syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney in a randomized and controlled trial to test and verify the curative effect, study the remedial rule, improve the healing rate and establish the programme of comprehensive therapy. The traditional Chinese medical therapy is dominating in it.The main content include three parts, that is, reciting the pathogeny, mechanism and the therapy of the Alopecia Areata and seventy-five patient with heavy Alopecia Areata treated in a randomized and controlled trial.Mechanism of Alopecia Areata: the mechanism of Alopecia Areata include that wind due to hot blood, deficiency both qi and blood, the stagnation of liver and blood stasis and deficiency of liver and kidney etc. With the study deeply on the pathogeny, mechanism and technology of syndrome of TCM of Alopecia Areata, the syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney is chief in the clinic.Comment on the Chinese medical therapy: there are three kinds, they are including traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and integrated with traditional Chinese and western medicine. The result showed that the control group of comprehensive therapy had a total effective rate of 90.6%, significant higher than that of the western medicine control group(P<0. 01).Experiment revealed that comprehensive therapy could regulateT-lymphocyte subsets and its distribution, suppress the generation of self-antibody adjust the immunological function and strengthen immunological curable function in patients.
