| ObjectiveUsing the method of partial portal vein ligation (PVL) to develop the experimental model of Portal hypertensive gastropathy(PHG),according to clinical practices and relative theories about modern medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) to study the principle of PHG and the prevention and cure effect of the prescription of smoothing the liver-Qi, acting blood and strengthening the spleen.Methods120Wistar male rats were divided into eight groups randomly: Chinese drugs prevention group(group A),large dose Chinese drugs treatment group(group B),small dose Chinese drugs treatment group(group C),western medicine treatment group(group D), model group(group E ),0.9%N-S treatment model group(group F),normal group (group G) and 09%N-S treatment normal group(group H).The rats of group A, B, C, D, E, F were established the experimental model of PHG using the method of PVL .Group A were infused with 2g/ml Chinese drugs 2ml/200g/d,group H and F were infused with 0.9%NS 2ml/200g/d,It lasted fifteen days. At the sixteen day .group B were infused with 2g/ml Chinese drugs 4ml/200g/d,group C were infused with 2g/ml Chinese drugs lml/200g/d, group D were infused with 16.785% Propranolol 4ml/200g/d,group E and G were infused with 0.9%NS 4ml/200g/d,It lasted thirty days. The rats of every groups were collected the blood of eyeball to test Nitric oxide(NO) and got the stomach tissues to testGastrin(GAS)> Endothelin(ET)?Vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) and observe with pathologic. The results were analysis by statisticsResults1. The death rate of group A is lower than group F.The death rate of group B, C, D is lower than group E. Among them, the death rate of group B is lowest.2. The blood serum value of NO of group A is significantly lower than group F. (P<0.01)The average B-mode tite of GAS > VIP> ET of group A hi gastric fundus tissue are significantly higher than group F using irnmunohistoche mical method (P<0.01)3. The blood serum value of NO of group B> C, D are significantly lower than group E.(P<0.01) The effect of group B is more excellent than group D.(P<0.05) The average B-mode tite of GAS, VIP, ET of group B, C, D in gastric fundus tissue are significantly higher than group E using unmunohistoche mical method .(P<0.01) The effect of group B is more excellent than group D.(P<0.05)4. There are many pathologic changes in stomach tissues ,such as arterio-venousshunt formation , communicating branches increasing , microvessel expanding and distorted with group A, B, C, D, E, F. But the severity of stomach mucous membrane damages in group E and F were more obvious than other groups, the severity of stomach mucous membrane damages in group B is the most light.Conclusions1.NO, GAS, VIP and ET have an close relation with the principle of PUG.. 2. The prescription of smoothing the liver-Qi , acting blood and strengthening the spleen has positive effects in preventing and curing PHG.. |
