Clinical Study On Treatment Of Fatty Liver By Means Of Smoothing Liver,Activating Blood,strengthening Spleen And Resolving Phlegm

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and evaluate the safety of Xiaozhi decoction on fatty liver,which is based on the treatment strategy of smoothing liver and activating blood,strengthening spleen and resolving phlegm.Methods Sixty cases of fatty liver patients treated by department of Liver Diseases in Shenzhen traditional Chinese Medicine hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The two groups were given basic treatment(diet,rest,exercise and so on),the control group was given yishanfu capsule,the treatment group was given Xiaozhi decoction orally and yishanfu capsule.The total course of treatment are 3 months.The symptoms of major traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes,Liver function(ALT,AST,GGT),blood lipid(TC,TG),the body mass index(BMI),abdominal ultrasound and liver transient elastography(FibroScan)measured controlled attenuation parameters were all observed before and after treatment.The data was analyzed and the clinical efficacy was assessed after research.Results The total effective rate was 96.7%in the treatment group and 86.7%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group;The total score of traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome after treatment was significantly improved(P<0.05),the treatment group improved better than the control group;The levels of ALT,AST,GGT and TG,TC were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group;After treatment,BMI was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);The abdominal ultrasound and controlled attenuation parameters were significantly improved after treatment in two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion 1.Xiaozhi decoction based on treatment strategy of smoothing liver and activating blood,strengthening spleen and resolving phlegm shows better clinical efficacy and better effect on improving liver function,blood lipids and imaging performance than yishanfu capsule;2.Concept of smoothing liver and activating blood,strengthening spleen and resolving phlegm has important guiding significance for the treatment of fatty liver,and can be further studied and promoted in clinical practice.
