In order to research the regulation effect of lentinan on the immunocompete'nce of the. insufficiency of the spleen mice, we used folium sennae to make insufficiency of spleen and lentinan 200mg. kg"1 as the effect factor, and chose the lymphocyte transformation rate stimulated by lectin, hemolysin content sensitized by sheep red blood cell (SRBC), IL-2 content and T cell subgroup, number as the observation target. The result appeared: 1) Folium sennae poured into stomach for seven days could result in lymphocyte of mice reduced obviously; 2)Lentinan 200mg. kg-1 pour into stomach for seven days could regulate these immune target to .normal level .It was suggested that lentinan could obviously enhanced the immunocompetence of insufficiency of the spleen mice and its regulation effect on lymphocyte transformation rate and T cell subgroup number .
