Objective: To study the factor in volatile oil content and the yields of maincompositions1,8-Cineole、(E)-2-decenal、geraniol content of seeds from Amomumtsaoko Crevost et Lemaire, and research the quality evaluation about friut fromAmomum tsaoko Crevost et Lemaire. Methods: The essential oil of seeds wasextracted by steam distillation, the content of chemical components1,8-Cineole、(E)-2-decenal、geraniol were determined by GC, The datas through SPSS16.0software analysis of variance and correlation analysis. Results:(1)Jinghongpopulation has highest content in volatile oil、1,8-Cineole、(E)-2-decenal、geraniolamong seven populations,2.7376%、0.5035%、0.2432%、0.0367%;Jin Pingpopulation of seed essential oil content is the lowest,0.8250%; The content of1,8-Cineole、(E)-2-decenal、geraniol of xi chou population is the lowest,0.0364%、0.0444%、0.0012%.(2)The content of volatile oil shows statistically significantamong seven populations(F=5.021, P=0.000<0.01), but no statisticallysignificant among plant in same population(F=1.005, P=0.482>0.05); Thecontent of1,8-Cineole has statistically significant among seven population(F=7.295,P=0.000<0.01), not statistically significant among plant in same population(F=1.152, P=0.317>0.05); The (E)-2-decenal content has statistically significantamong seven population(F=4.304, P=0.001<0.01),no statistically significantamong plant in same population(F=1.210, P=0.263>0.05); The geraniolcontent is not statistically significant among seven population(F=1.023, P=0.420>0.05), also no statistically significant among plant in same population(F=0.764, P=0.789>0.05).(3)Partial correlation analysis showed that: There issignificantly negative correlation between latitude and the content of volatile oil、1,8-Cineole、(E)-2-decenal, based on the correlation between the size of the order is1,8-Cineole content, volatile oil content,(E)-2-decenal content; There is significantlypositive correlation between seed volatile oil and the content of1,8-Cineole、(E)-2-decenal、geraniol, on the base of correlation between the size of the order is(E)-2-decenal content、(E)-2-decenal content、geraniol content; There is significantlypositive correlation between the (E)-2-decenal content and the1,8-Cineole content,the geraniol content.(4) There is significantly negative correlation between the volatileoil content of seeds and the weight of seeds; There is significantly positive correlationbetween the1,8-Cineole content and the length of fruit, the fruit aspect ratio, thematuring rate of infructescence; There is extremely possitive correlation between the(E)-2-decenal content and the fruit aspect ratio, the maturing rate ofinfructescence.(5)The content of seed volatile oil、1,8-Cineole、(E)-2-decenal、geraniolof cataflexitylous morph is higher than anaflexistylous morph, but there is noectremely difference among two morph by the Analysis of variance. Conclusions:The environmental factors significantly affect the content of volatile oil、1,8-Cineole、(E)-2-decenal、geraniol,with the increase of latitude,the content of volatile oil、1,8-Cineole、(E)-2-decenal、 geraniol of seeds decline,so we can draw a conclusionthat the low latitude can guide the cultivation of Amomum tsaoko Crevost et Lemaire,the population planted in low latitude area, the content of volatile oil and the mainchemical ompositons is higher than other high latitude area, so the quality in lowlatitude area is better than high latitude area. The conditions wich, with thetemperature reduce in the high latitude area, the annual average temperature reduce,and the range of temperature increase, is bad for produce and accumulate that aboutvolatile oil、1,8-Cineole、(E)-2-decenal、geraniol. The morphological characteristicsof fruits is not only influent the yield of friut, but also affect the quality; Correlationanalysis and partial correlation analysis showed that: there is significantly positivecorrelation between the1,8-Cineole content and the length of fruit, the fruit aspectratio. between the (E)-2-decenal content and the fruit aspect ratio is extremely positive correlation,too.so the length of fruit and the fruit aspect ratio can as one of the targetsto evaluate the quality; Observe by the outside characteristics, generally the friut isbigger、filled、reddish brown、highest flavor, the higher the content of volatile oil、1,8-Cineole、(E)-2-decenal、geraniol of the seeds. Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the normal butanol extraction ofDendrobium thyrsiflorum. Methods: Using silica atmospheric column chromatogr-aphy, column chromatography under reduced pressure, reverse phase columnchromatography(RP-18), hydroxyproyl glucosegel(Sephadex-LH-20) columnchromatography and other chromatographic separation material, Using nuclearmagnetic resonance spectroscopy determine the structure of monomer compounds inD. thyrsiflorum. Results: Isolated and identified a total of15known compounds in D.thyrsiflorum. Conclusions: Comounds3,5~9were isolated for the first time fromDendrobium thyrsiflorum. Refering to the relevant document, Compunds1and2displayed higher antioxidant activity and cytotoxicity against KB, NCI-H187, andMCF-7human cancer cells, Compund9exhibited melanogenesis-inhibitory activitieswith almost no cytotoxicities. Objective: Using chemical analysis on four different variation types of Gastrodiaelata Bl and explore the difference among the four types, to provide a scientific basisfor the clinical applications and the quality controlling of Rhizoma Gastrodiae.Methods: Determination of Gastrodin and P-Hydroxybenzyl Alcohol in four differentvariation types of and establish the fingerprints analysis of the four forms. Results:There is no extremely difference the content of the Gastrodin and P-HydroxybenzylAlcohol in four different variation types of Gastrodia elata Bl, can not exactlydistinguish the species, only can provide a second evidence of RhizomaGastrodiae.The peaks of four forms was basically identical, which a varint has ownindependent pwaks, the difference of four forms is that the internal extent of mainchemical composition were different. Conclusions: Chemical components in fourforms was basically identical, four different variation types of Gastrodia elata Bl asthe Gastrodiae Rhizoma utilization, with a certain degree of rationality in the market.
