| Objective: Observe the interdict effect of Chinese herbs "weizhuananfang" on the prophase pathological changes of gastric carcinoma from the point of view of the Telomerase activity, immunohistochemistry and cell morphology. Discuss the mechanism of Chinese herbs interdict and reverse the prophase pathological changes of gastric carcinoma.Method: After grouping the male Wistar rats randomly, founded the model of prophase pathological change of gastric carcinoma by applying MNNG, the chemical cancerogenic drug, associated with Ranitidine. Executed part of the rats in succession 20w since model founded. Took the gastric tissue and carried through the measurements of Telomerase activity, cell multiplication index, cell apoptosis index and microscope histionic morphology and so on.. Observe dynamically the evolvement process of prophase pathological change of gastric carcinoma and the relationship with the Telomerase activity. Fed the model rats of Chinese herbs group feedstuff into which was fixed Chinese herbs "weizhuananfang"(milk veteh Radix Astragali seu Hedysari , zedoary turmeric Rhizoma Zedoariae ,Chinese lobelia Herba Lobeliae Radicantis, edible tulip Bulbus Cremastrae,and so on). Executed all of the rats and carried through the above measurements the 38wth since model founded. Results: During the process of model founded, the Telomerase had the trend of being activized gradually as the time passing by companied with the improvement of cell multiplication index and the debasement of cell apoptosis index. Compared with the model group and the spontaneous resume group, the Telomerase activity of the Chinese herbs group was different significantly. The cell multiplication index was different among different groups, and the sequence was that model group>spontaneous resume group>Chinese herbs>normal group; the cell apoptosis index was different among different groups, the sequence was that normal group>Chinese herbs>spontaneous resume group>model group. Conclusion: The pathology of prophase pathological change of gastric carcinoma in Traditional Chinese Medicine is "benxubiaoshi ", that is to say, it go through theevolvement process of "yinzhizhixu,xinxujiaxie" from the chronic gastritis to the atrophic gastritis. In the moment of prophase pathological change of carcinoma, it has the "sthenia-syndrome"phenomenon such as "blood stasis", "sthenic heat" as well as "deficiency of yinin" .The preparation of Chinese herbs made by the above theory contents the sort of herb as zedoary turmeric Rhizoma Zedoariaeto "remove blood stasis" as well as the sort of herbs as milk veteh Radix Astragali seu Hedysari to vigorate vital energy. The animal experiment indicated that the Chinese herbs "weizhuananfang" had favorable effect on the interdiction of prophase pathological change of gastric carcinoma. |
