Rhythm Thai Ii Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease, Premature Ventricular Contractions Clinical Observation

ObejectiveTo observe the curative effect of xinlvtai II to ventricular premature contractions of coronary heart disease ,and compare with ninxinbao. MethodsTo averagely randomize sixty patients to treatment group and comparison group. The patients in treatment group take orally xinlvtai II four capsules t.i.d, and comparison group ninxinbao two, t.i.d. All the patients receive corresponding assistant treatment. One period of treatment is four weeks. All the patients take ECG every four days, to observe the premature contractions and the changes of ST-T. And to observe the symptoms, the premature contractions and heart rates before and after the treatment. After four weeks, we analyse the data. Result1. Clinical symptoms: The treated group's total effective rate 93.3%, with Stat. Analyse is better than that of the controlled group.2. The therapeutic efficiency of clinical symptoms and physical sign: The treated group's total effective rate, 96.67%, with Stat. analysise, is better than that of the controlled group.3. The blood lipid : The effects in treated group are better than that of the controlled group.4. The result of electrocardiogram: The total effective rate of the treated group is 73.1%, better than that of the controlled group.5. The badness and side-effect: There are no side-effects in both groupsConclusionThe xinlvtai II is better than ninxinbao in the therapy of ventricular premature contractions of coronary heart diseases.
