An Analysis Of The Clinical Efficacy Of External Therapy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Acute Ischemic Stroke With Blood Stasis Obstructing Collaterals

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chaigui Tang on hypomenorrhea with liver blood deficiency type caused by intrauterine adhesion and to evaluate the clinical effect of Chaigui Tang in treating this disease,and to provide scientific basis for clinical application.Method: From September 2016 to September 2017,60 patients of mild or moderate intrauterine adhesions were collected from gynecological outpatient and inpatient department of the first affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine,and were randomly divided into two groups.There were 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Chaigui Tang,while the control group was treated with Hormone replacement therapy.After three menstrual cycles,we need observe the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome integral,menstrual volume,the menstrual and individual symptoms score,endometrial thickness and IUA scores of postoperative hysteroscopy.Result:Before treatment,the patients in the two groups were treated with age,course of disease,degree of intrauterine adhesion,frequency of uterine cavity operation,menstrual volume and TCM syndrome score,there was no obvious difference,the result showed homogeneous comparability(P >0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 90% after treatment,and the control group was 80%.The overall curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than before(P < 0.01),and the decline was more significant in the treatment group than in the control group(P< 0.05).Menstrual volume in both groups improved significantly after treatment(P < 0.01),and the amount of menstrual volume in the treatment group increased compared with the control group(P < 0.05).The menstrual and individual symptoms score of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with before(P < 0.01),but the treatmentgroup was significantly improved compared with the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups was significantly thickened,which was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01),There was a significant difference,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).The IUA scores of postoperative hysteroscopy of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P> 0.05).Conclusion:The Chaigui Tang with liver blood deficiency type in treating the patients with hypomenorrhea caused by intrauterine adhesion,compare with the clinical effect,improvement of TCM syndrome integral,menstrual volume,menstrual and individual symptoms score were better than that of the hormone replacement therapy group,and the two groups was no significant difference in endometrial thickness and IUA scores of postoperative hysteroscopy.
