Data Mining System Of Tcm Compound Compatibility Build

With the deepening of the TCM's modernization study, it has been a trend to introduce some new subjects to TCM's research such as modern medicine, biology, electronic informatics...etc. In recent years, data mining has made a rapid development and been widely used to many research fields involving TCM.To discover a new study method of TCM's modernization, we adopted data mining to research the compatibility regulations of the formula. Data mining (also known as Knowledge Discovery in Databases - KDD) has been defined as "The nontrivial extraction of implicit, previously unknown, and potentially useful information from data".Constructing the analyzing system by datamining formula of the spleen and stomach. It consists of four parts: preparing the formula data of spleen and stomach, constructing the access of formula, determining the research methods, datamining the information of formula:The subject selects 1046 pieces of formula from , then prepares data by assembling data, selecting data, pretreatment of data, changing-over data. After treating the data, we construct access consisting of formula chart, herbal medicine chart, symptom chart, basic medicine chart and basic syndrome chart. We want to find the compatibility law behind the data by datamining methods such as frequency item set, association rule, cluster analysis and rough collect theory and soon.The analyzing contents include of herbal medicine frequency analysis, binding medicine analysis, symptom frequency analysis, binding symptoms analysis, association rule analysis between herbal medicine and symptom, correspondence of formula and syndrome, TCM cluster analysis, significance analysis of TCM.By the above analysis we construct the analyzing system, with which you can mining the proceeding TCM data and find the unknown knowledge. It can be used for TCM teching, clinical prescription and screening news drugs...etc.
