Studies On Formulae Compatibility Regular Based Association Rules

With the deepening of the TCM’s modernization study, it has been a trend to introducesome new subjects to TCM’s research such as modern medicine, biology. Electronicinformation ...etc. In recent years, data mining has made rapid development and beenwidely used to many research fields involving TCM.The contributions of my work include: program FormulaeDM used apriori algorithmswhich can automatically produce association rules pattem to be analyzed by the TCM’sresearchers.The dissertation firstly reviewed current research situation of formulae field, thenintroduced concept of association rules and feasibility of my work. Secondly, explained themethod of building the database and standardization of the samples. Finally, algorithmsimplemented are described in general and introduce the useness of FormulaeDM by asimple test.
