Field Medical Equipment Effectiveness Evaluation Model

Effectiveness evaluation is important to the development, produce and using of equipment. This paper attempts to establish a model for the effectiveness evaluation of single field medical equipment.After consulting the relevant literature, knowing the basic status and common methods, combined with former experience, this work demonstrates through comparison that the model method is the most suitable choice. Based on the ADC model of WSEIAC (The Weapon System Effectiveness Industry Advisory Committee), this study analyzes the concepts of the model and presents a new concept of the Effectiveness Structure. Then the field medical equipments are sorted into seven kinds, and their models of effectiveness structure are presented. These models are affirmed by most experts who are consulted by me later. Then the measurement problems areanalyzed and sorted, this work chooses the most familiar ways. Finally, an instance of The Field Disinfection and Sterilization Trailer is demonstrated to validated the model and the measurement.
