Di Wu is the dry rhizome of Anemone flaccida Fr.Schmidt. It is distributed in the south part of China and used as folk medicine for detoxication, to expell wind-evil and remove wetness-evil.The main bioactive fraction is proved to be triterpenoid saponins by pharmacotical study on Di Wu.The paper is about systematic research of saponins for further purpose to look into its clinic material basis.The first part of the dissertation surveyed the chemical researches on plants of Anemone and the chemical structure, extraction, researches on triterpenoid saponins of Anemone plants.The second part (experiment part) of the dissertation included:(1)Studies on extraction and isolation of triterpenoid saponins of Anemone flaccida Fr.Schmid: Five triterpenoid saponins were isolated from the ethanol extract, one of them had been isolated and elucidated as Anemone flacccidoside W1,others named as Anemone flacccidoside W0a W0b W2 and W3 temporarily.(2) structure identification of triterpenoid saponins of Anemone flaccida Fr.Schmid:On the basis of chemical-physics properties,hydrolysis reaction and spectroscopic analysis their structures were identified as 3-0- P -D-glucuronypyranosyl-oleanolic acid-28-O- a -L-rhamnopyranosyl ( 1 â†' 4 ) - P -D-glucopyranosyl ( 1 â†' 6 ) -β-D- glucopyranoside 3-0-β-D- glucuronypyranosyl -oleanolic acid -28-O-β -D-glucopyranosyl ( 1â†'6 ) -β-D-glucopyranoside and 3-0-a -L- rhamnopyranosyl (1â†'2)-β -D-xylopyranosyl- oleanolic acid -28-0-a -L - rhamnopyranosyl (1 â†' 4)-β -D- glucopyranosyl ( 1â†'6 ) -β-D- glucopyranoside.
