Hepatitis B Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome Of Clinical Research

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of YI GAN SAN on patients with the TCM Syndrome of Depression of Liver-energy and Asthenia of Spleen of Chronic Hepatitis B. Meanwhile the observation try to investigate the functional mechanisms of YI GAN SAN and privide scieneific proves for its wide use in clinic. Methods72 cases of Chronic Hepatitis B with the TCM Syndrome of Depression of Liver-enery and Asthenia of Spleen were randomly divided into 2 groups,each 36 , one for treatment and the other for control. The both groups were observed by double blind method.For treatment group, treated by YI GAN SAN.otherwise in control group, Long Seng YI GAN granule was used. The therapeutic courses in both groups were 3 months. The observation was designed to investigate the changes of clinical syndrome, physical sign, liver function and markers of Hepatitis B virus before and after the treatment. As the same time to analyse the both groups results. Results1, The clinical total effective rate was 86.11% in treatment group and 88.24% in control group. Boch groups had not an obvious difference (P>0. 05).2, The effective rates of the Syndrome of the TCM were 88. 89% in treatment and 88.24% in control group. The effective rate of each clinical syndrome and physical sign was not an obvious difference between two groups (P>0.05).3, The rate of the ALT reserving to the normal level was 74. 28% in treatment group and 72. 73% in cortrol group, was not an obvious difference between two group (P>0. 05).4, The rate of the AST reserving to the normal level was 72. 73% in treatment group and 71. 88% in cortrol group, was not an obvious difference between two group (P>0. 05).5, The turning negative rates of HBV-DNA and HBeAg in treatment group were 21. 42% and 18. 18% respectively. The turning negative rates of HBV-DNA and HBeAg in control group were 14.81% and 12.50% respectively. It was not an obvious difference between the treatment and the control group (P>0. 05). ConclusionsYI GAN SAN has similarly curative effect for patients with the TCM Syndrome of Depression of Liver-energy and Asthenia of Spleen of Chronic Hepatitis B. It can improve clinical syndrome and physical sign, reserve the function of liver and expel Hepatitis B virus. Its treatment effect is obvious.
