Objective: To prepare for building a scoring system on prognostic assessment of hepatitis failure, the factors related to prognosis of hepatitis failure had been analyzed and the factors significantly affecting prognosis of hepatitis failure had been determined. Methods: Clinical data from 301 patients were analyzed retrospectively. The correlated degree between those single factors and prognosis of hepatitis failure had been explored by logistic regression analysis. Results: These factors significantly affected prognosis of hepatitis failure are including age, clinical typing, hepatic coma and TB et al.(P<0.01)Among them, some factors including PTA, Urea, sodium in blood and hepatic coma are independent risk factors of prognosis. Conclusions: These factors including PTA, Urea, sodium in blood and hepatic coma are valuable to build scoring system on prognostic assessment of hepatitis failure.
