Objective: to prove that invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation is the key therapeutic method to cure ovulation inhibition.diseases.Method:Summarized 51 documents of treating ovulation inhibition diseases such as oligomenorrhea, amrnorrhea,, amrnorrhea, dysfunctional uterine lieeding(DUB),infertility , polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome(LWS) hyperprolactinemia(HPRL) premature senility of ovary.,etc. by invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation .Also summed up 37 documents about other treatment methods such as strengthening the kidney, invigorating the kidney and reinforcing the spleen, invigorating the kidney and nourishing blood, invigorating the kidney and soothing the liver, invigorating the kidney and benefiting QI, Invigorating the kidney and resolving phlegm ,promoting blood circulation to remove stasis,selection of treatment based on the differential diagnosis, cycle treatment, acupuncture treatment, etc. And observed the influences of ZiChongKeLi (which takes invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation as therapeutic method) on 30 patients who had blockade of follicular development at following aspects :sex hormone, the index of blood supply of the ovary , uterus contraction and dilatation period, the index of blood rheology.Result: Ovulation inhibition diseases' main clinical manifestation is abnormal menstruation and infertility. The efficiecy of invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation to promote follicular development and ovum discharges was 66.67% - 96.4%; and the efficiency of regulate menstrual cycle is 81%-100%; the pregnancy rate was 26.1% - 90.2%;.The efficiency of other treatments to promote follicular development and ovum discharges was 55.68% - 87.27%; the efficiency of regulate menstrual cycle was 52%-96.3%; the pregnancy rate was 32.33% -40.69%.Based on the Clinical observation ,After using ZiChongKeLi , the patients' FSH , E2 , P level obviously improved (P <0.05), the blood rheology index obviously reduced (P <0.05), the index of blood supply of the ovary , uterus obviously increased (P <0.05), total efficiency was 86.67%.Conclusion: The deficiency of the kidney and blood stasis is the basically pathogenic factor of ovulation inhibition diseases , and invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation is the basically therapeutic method to cure ovulation inhibition.diseases.
