The Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Invigorating The Kidney And Activating Blood And Resolving Phlegm Decoction To Polycystic Ovary Syndrome And Insulin Resistance Patients

Purpose:TO observer the clinical efficacy of invigorating the kidney and Activating Blood and resolving phlegm Decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and insulin resistance patients, Through the observation of serum T, LH, FSH, LH/FSH and tumor necrosis factor-a, To explore the mechanism of the invigorating the kidney and Activating Blood and resolving phlegm Decoction on immune inner environment treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome Insulin Resistance patientsMethods:40PCOS patients with IR were randomly divided into treatment group20cases and control group20cases, The treatment group was treated with invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm Decoction which based on the Professor Xia Guicheng’s clinical experience prescription tonifying the kidney promoting ovulation decoction. The Control group was treated with metformin treatment. Three menstrual cycles for a course of treatment, to observe a course of treatment. To compare between the two groups through the observation of clinical symptoms in the two groups (menstrual status and obesity index), follicular phase hormone levels (T, LH, FSH, E2) and outcome measures of TNF-a, FPG, FINS levels and the net three days B ultrasound examination and the basal body temperature.Results:the observation of40patients with PCOS-IR, the main clinical manifestations of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis and phlegm dampness type, The total efficiency in treatment group is90%,and in control group, the total efficiency is55%, two groups of the total efficiency has statistics difference (P=0.010<0.05). The treatment group can significantly reduce LH/FSH. But the control group without this effect.The two groups were able to change the patients’ clinical symptoms, menstruation, B ultrasound examination, scrum LH and TNF-a value, but the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05).Two groups for serumT, FINS, FPG, HOMA-IR effects are equivalent. The control group for patients with BMI is superior to the treatment group. The ovulation rate of treatment group was higher than control group(P=0.028<0.05) which through compare the basal body temperature after the trement between two groups But the two groups have no effect on serum FSH.Conclusion:the method have curative effect to cure PCOS with IR patients, The main syndrome of PCOS with IR patients is the deficiency of kidney and blood stasis and phlegm dampness, It is speculated that:the pathogenesis of PCOS may be associated with autoimmune and chronic inflammatory reaction, TNF-a related to PCOS in patients with insulin resistance. Its mechanism of action:through adjusting the immune mechanisms, regulate endocrine, improve ovarian blood flow to induce follicular maturation and ovulation, reduce IR, adjust the reproductive axis, thereby improving pregnancy rate.
