Clinical Observation Of Huoxue San Yu Xiao Yin Decoction On Patch Psoriasis And Blood Stasis Syndrome

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Sanyu Xiaoyin Decoction combined with urea cream on patients with plaque psoriasis with blood stasis syndrome,and compare the symptom score,effective rate,pruritus degree,quality of life index and recurrence rate before and after treatment,and to explore the efficacy and safety of Huoxue Sanyu Xiaoyin Decoction in the treatment of plaque psoriasis with blood stasis syndrome,so as to provide an effective and safe treatment for plaque psoriasis.MethodsFrom August 2019 to August 2020,60 patients with plaque psoriasis in the Department of Dermatology of Shijiazhuang Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected and signed informed consent.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given urea cream for external use,while the treatment group was given Huoxue Sanyu Xiaoyin Decoction on the basis of urea cream.Two groups of patients were treated for 8 weeks,record the clinical observation index results before and after treatment,record the shedding and adverse events,follow-up for 8 weeks and record the recurrence rate.Observation indexes: severity of erythema,scale,infiltration,lesion area,pruritus,quality of life index,TCM syndrome.According to the record results,according to the nimodipine method to calculate the symptom score decline index,the two groups of patients were divided into four grades: cured,markedly effective,effective and ineffective,and finally the total effective rate was obtained.The data were analyzed by spss20.0 software to evaluate the curative effect.Results1.Comparison of symptom score(PASI): there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01);There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P< 0.01).2.Comparison of pruritus degree: there was significant difference in pruritus degree between the two groups before and after treatment(P <0.01);There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.01).3.Comparison of quality of life index(DLQI): there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05);There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P< 0.01).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01);There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P< 0.01).5.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and that of the control group was 56.67%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).6.The recurrence rate of the two groups: the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 10.00%,the total effective rate of the control group was 55.56%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.01).ConclusionBoth Huoxue Sanyu Xiaoyin decoction combined with urea cream and urea cream alone can improve the degree of erythema,scale,infiltration,skin lesion area and pruritus in patients with plaque psoriasis,but Huoxue Sanyu Xiaoyin decoction combined with urea cream is better than urea cream alone;The total effective rate of Huoxue Sanyu Xiaoyin decoction combined with urea cream in the treatment of plaque psoriasis was significantly higher than that of urea cream alone;There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups;Huoxue Sanyu Xiaoyin decoction combined with urea cream in the treatment of plaque psoriasis has significant curative effect and low recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
