| Background & Objective: Through observing Ruaganjiedujian's influence on rat with Alcoholic hepatic fibrosis, probe into Ruaganjiedujian's effect on blood containing MAO and HP in rats with Alcoholic hepatic fibrosis and speeding up collagen's decomposition, preventing cirrhosis, improve lever function. Methods: Model of Alcoholic hepatic fibrosis in rat was established by filling rats with alcohol, then filling rats with Chinese herb in 12 week, at the same time Contrast the normal group with model group. Draw lever material from rat in every group , use light microscope and electron microscope observe lever material and super-micro structure , and measure the MAO> HP. Results: lever material from rat in model group was demonstrate quantities of collagen's multiplication, adipose tissue had great denaturation; herb group had undefined multiplication, the injury of lever material and super-micro structure was obvious lessened, the content of MAO, HP had a great decrease.Conclusion: huaganjiedujian could prevent Alcoholic hepatic fibrosis. |
