It has been indicated from epidemiology and clinic research thathyperuricemia and hypertriglyceridemia are risk factors resulting incardiovascular diseases. Even more, the foul-up of uric acid andtriglyceride will aggravate cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases.Indeed, establishing a stable, applied or economical hyperuricemia andhypertriglyceridemia animal model will contribute to discussing thepathology relationship of hyperuricemia and hypertriglyceridemia.Finding out the disease characters, key taches have vital significance.Additionally, this pertinent research is propitious to prevent and curethe hyperuricemia and hypertriglyceridemia. This dissertation comprisestheoretical and experimental parts. 1. The domestic and overseas research progress of hyperuricemia, hypertriglyceridemia, hyperuricemia and hypertriglyceridemia. Thisstudy summarize the recent research development of the hepatic lipase thataffect the lipid metabolism ,the xanthine oxidase that influence the uricacid metabolism and nitric oxide. 2. One of the experimental research stresses the model breeds onhyperuricemia and hyperuricemia animal model and the character of thismodel. We tend to affirm the appropriate animal breed through theexperiment. By giving different doses of yeast to Baiyu quails, Longchengquails and Difake quails, we find that hyperuricemia appears andtriglyceride ascends when Difake quails are fed with high purinefood .This kind of model can be repeated several times, and the animalhas better body condition. Furthermore, this study offers experimentalbasis for observing the effect of cichory extract N2. 3. The second aspect of this experiment discusses thepharmacodynamics of cichory extract N2. This part suggests that cichoryextract N2 can affect the triglyceride and uric acid level in the serum. It can be seen from the experiment that cichory extract N2 have the effectof lowering the serum uric acid and triglyceride level, and it shows theobvious relationship of quatity and pharmacodynamics. The middle, lowdoses of cichory extract N2 can decrease the serum uric acid level whichis abnormal in hyperuricemia, hyperuricemia and hypertriglyceridemiaanimal model. Accordingly, the high, middle doses of cichory extract N2英文摘要 - 4 -can increase the triglyceride level of hyperuricemia, hyperuricemia andhypertriglyceridemia animal model. The effect of cichory extract N2 isbetter than that of benzofurom on lowering the serum uric acid level, whilethe extent of descending triglyceride level is better than that of InositolNicotinate. What is worth to mention is the quails have no other side-effectduring the experiment. 4. The last part of this article emphasis on the mechanism of cichoryextract N2. Hepatic lipase, NO and xanthine oxidase are observed in thisaspect, and gene expression of hepatic lipase is also detected. It ispointed out that the mechanism of cichory extract N2 may be related withrestraining the XO activity and prompting the excretion of uric acid; itsmechanism of reducing the serum triglyceride level may be occurred withascending the synthesis and releases of HL. Besides, its effect ofpreventing and curing the diseases may be connected with moderating thebody NO level.
