Chicory Extract The Prevention And Treatment Of Hyperuricemia And Mechanism Of The Experimental Study

As the increase of living standard and the change of diet structure, the incidence rates of hyperuricemic have been increasing in our country. A systematic retrospective was made upon the studies of hyperuricemic of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, and the progress study of cichory. Basing on it, we observed the effects of Cichorii extracts on different animals hyperuricemic models, and discussed the mechanism from different enzyme which play important roles in the produce of uric acid. The subject is consisted with two parts: the theoretical research and the experiment research. The first part concludes the cognition and progress of hyperuricemic of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, the important enzyme and the progress of cichory. The second part concludes the study of pharmacodynamics and mechanism.The results of pharmacodynamics study showed that the three dosages of cichorii extracts can reduce the serum UA level in the two different kinds of model animals signification, and there was a little difference among the three groups in time and level.The results of mechanism study showed that the effect may be achieved by inhibit the active of liver XO and increase the active of serum ADA, and has less relationship with GD.
