The theory of Yin and Yang and the theory of SyndromeDifferentiation and Treatment are methodologies of achieving Macrocosm Idea.The meridians and collaterals, qi and blood, zang-organs and fu-organs, bonesand muscles are the methods to achieve Yi Jing Bian Qi. Yi Jing Bian Qi Lun is the emphasis of the article. Through studying medicalliterature we can find that Yi Jing Bian Qi Lun is appropriate for explainingmassage. The means of ancient Yi Jing Bian Qi probably is massage. Yi Jing BianQi is to mobilize intrinsic factor by massange that results in producingcollection and transfer of vital energy and qi. There are some pathways to achieveYi Jing Bian Qi, such as meridians and collaterals, qi and blood, zang-organsand fu-organs, bones and muscles, yin and yang. And there is a condition ofsuccessful Yi Jing Bian Qi, that is the gathering of vital energy and qi. Soit is necessary to study massage that you should practise your skill. The outcomeof Yi Jing Bian Qi is the change of qi of disease, thus the patient can be cured.In the Huang Di's Canon of Internal Medicine, we can find the narrating as these: "Do notlift up the hand when massaging, the insertion of needle must not be deep, whenthe energy and blood are led to the location which is insufficient and becomessubstantial, the spirit will be recovered?","When one presses the spot of painwith hand, the hand focus will become hot, and as soon as the focus is hot, thepain will be alleviated."
