Objective: By the aid of the investigation on the experiment effect of jiangxianmei with shuxuetong Injection halved combined for rat model of middle cerebral artery embolism, to filter an economical and effective treatment and to provide foundation for clinical application.Methodsl: To filter eligible rat according to the inclusion criterion of Zea Longa5 neurology grade after making model referring to the hanged line method of Nagasawa, then distribute them into blankness group , fake operation group , model group , treatment group (jiang + shu, halved) and control group (jiang , shu) according to randomization. To observe the changes of six groups in behavior test (step-down avoidance test) after ten days ; To determine the content of t-Pa, Fib and PAI-1 of every group; To observe and take a photograph of rats nerve cell morphological changes through electron microscope after sampling and dealing with cerebral tissue specimen of right side hippocampi CA1 section.Results: The results of behavior test and nerve cell morphological changes have significant difference among model, treatment and control group (P<0.05); The content of t-Pa, Fib and PAI-1 has statistical difference (P<0.05) between treatment group and shuxuetong group, has no significant difference (P>0.05) between treatment group and jiangxianmei group.Conclusion: Hanged line method can succeed in making model of middle cerebral artery embolism; The treatment group has an obvious curative effect on nerve function of rats, that can reduce or restrain decease of rats cell and can keep its whole configuration maybe its substance elements; halved jiang and shu have synergetic and complementary effect on resisting coagulate, dissolving embolus and improving blood circulation , but also on protecting tissue cell and facilitating tissue rehabilitate ; halved jiangxianmei associates with shuxuetong may reduce money invested in therapy.
