| Objective:Through the clinical observation of ShuXueTong injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UA), we select Th1/Th2 relevant cell factors interferon gamma (IFN-γ)/interleukin-4 (IL-4) as the index, observe the the influence of inflammatory response to explore the mechanism of ShuXueTong injection in the treatments of UA.Methods:40 UA patients who suffered from qi-yin asthenia and heart blood stasis type were included in the study. All patients underwent coronary angiography(at least a coronary artery stenosis≥50%).Electrocardiogram (ECG) has diagnostic ST-segment depression or T-wave inversion. They were randomly divided into two groups:A group (control group,20cases) was treated with routine treatment of western medicine; B group (treatment group,20cases) was treated with routine medicine combined with ShuXueTong injection, Every 6ml join 100 ml of physiological saline treatment group. Before and after 7-10 days'treatment, all cases were observed the clinical symptom, TCM symptoms, ECG and routine analysis of blood,FPG, Lipid, liver, kidney merit. Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent method (ELISA) detection serum IFN-gamma,IL-4 level changes.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the clinical improvement of syndromes:The control group:obvious effective rate 55.0%, total effective rate 80.0%; The treatment group:obvious effective rate 80.0%, total effective rate 95.0%. The effect of the treatment group was better than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The ECG:The control ground:obvious effective rate 60.0%, total effective rate 80.0%; The treatment group:obvious effective rate 85.0%, total effective rate 95.0%. The effect of the treatment group was better than those in the control group (P<0.05). TCM symptomatic scores:Before and after treament, the control group is 14.45±2.37,10.35±1.53 respectively; the treatment the treament group is 14.25±2.29,8.55±1.14 respectively. There is significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Blood lipids:two groups after treatment of plasma TC, LDL-C, HDL-C level has markedly improved, compared with those before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05), between the two groups has no significant difference (P>0.05). FPG, routine analysis of blood, liver, kidney merit level is of no significant improvement in pre-treatment compared with no significant difference (P>0.05). IFN-γ/IL-4:The test for independent samples showed that the level of IFN-γin both group after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the level of those in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the controls (P<0.05).No significant difference could be observed on the level of IL-4 after treatment. IFN-γ/IL-4 in both group after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the level of those in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group's (P<0.05).Conclusion:ShuXueTong injection can obviously improve the unstable angina patients's clinical symptoms, TCM symptoms, ECG and can be improved by lowering the proinflammatory cytokines IFN-y level, improve IFN-γ/IL-4, expounds the ratio of Th1/Th2 drift is one of the pathogenesis of unstable angina. ShuXueTong injection has the role in intervening Th1/Th2 drift, provide theoretical basis for clinical application.
